Apartment Magazine
An exercise in branding, typography, editorial design, and preparing print-ready files.
A comprehensive magazine design with a focus on refining technical skills.
The project’s goal was to exercise our creative muscles in branding and visual identity, and to realize them through completion, honing our technical skills in the Adobe suite in the process. Our skill set essential to this project – layout, composition, art direction, and print production – were significantly reinforced as we were trained to develop a sharp eye, and a keen attention to detail in that the project translates well from screen to print.
Developed a masthead that encapsulates the magazine’s tone and voice.

Learningsッ
This project allowed me to play with various editorial layouts all while instilling the importance of a cohesive design in delivering a holistic visual experience in me. I can say that my skills with Adobe InDesign, most especially, were radically levelled up — I’ve learnt how to use it efficiently and effectively in print design.
